Miracle Capshaw began her career as a Branch Office Administrator for Edward Jones in 2004. Over the next two decades, she won multiple awards for client service, served in several leadership roles helping other teams improve their client experience, and received the Ted Jones Spirit of Caring Award as the branch office administrator "who best exemplifies Edward Jones’ values, culture, and spirit of giving back". She was known for her extensive knowledge and desire to benefit everyone on her path.
In 2024, Miracle joined the team at NorthShore as a Client Services Associate, primarily working virtually from her home in Hixson, TN. Her role includes preparation for client review meetings, assisting in processing transactions, and providing administrative support to the team. She loves to take paperwork and processes that feel complex and walk with clients to make it easy and get it done. Miracle finds the trusted relationships built in the process to be the most meaningful part of her work.
Outside of work, Miracle is deeply involved with her church, having served as a small group leader, singing on the praise team, and currently serving in children's ministry. She is a single mom of two boys - a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old and is homeschooling her oldest. She loves audiobooks, songwriting with her guitar, shopping each week at her local organic farmers market, and cooking for her family.
